SUMO DEADLIFTS – glutes, hams, back, quads, pretty much all of the muscles lol
3 sets of 8-12 reps
increase weight each set

HIP THRUSTS – glutes, hams
3 pause-rest sets of 20 reps
complete 10 reps, pause, 5 more, pause, 5 more
increase weight if you don’t feel the burn in your glutes

BENT-OVER BARBELL ROW
3 sets of 8-12
increase weight each set

OVERHEAD PRESS
3 sets of 8-12
increase weight if you’re not weak like me tehe

ELEVATED PUSHUPS
3 sets of 10-15 reps
do regular pushups if you’re feeling strong ????????
